How OneView uses your information
OneView keeps the property and purchase information you choose to add so it can show your status, next action, blockers, documents and activity.
Information you add
This may include your identity and contact details, property and purchase facts, documents, people you collaborate with, and the actions recorded in your workspace. OneView also keeps security and audit records needed to protect the service and explain important changes.
How the service uses it
OneView uses your information to provide your private workspace, coordinate the people and work around your property, deliver notifications you have not turned off, protect access, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Automated assistance may suggest how evidence relates to your purchase. It does not approve legal, banking, payment, document sharing or completion decisions. Those decisions remain with an authorized person.
Optional Gmail connection
Gmail is not required to use OneView. If you choose to connect it for the owner pilot, OneView requests the restricted Gmail metadata permission only. Connecting an account does not read message bodies, download attachments, send email or change Gmail.
Any bounded metadata check also requires your current notice choice, separate consent, a fresh sign-in and an approved scope. You can withdraw that consent to stop new checks.
Who can receive information
Information is available only to people with the required workspace, property, purchase or document access. OneView does not automatically share documents or decisions. Infrastructure providers may process the minimum information needed to operate authentication, hosting, storage and delivery.
Retention and your choices
Operational records have limited retention periods. Retention for purchase, finance, workflow, communication and audit records remains subject to purpose, legal and security review. A deletion request does not silently erase records that may need to be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention or audit reasons.
After signing in, open Privacy and your informationto review the current notice, manage optional mailbox consent, request an export, or request a deletion and anonymization review. You can also manage non-essential email preferences in your account.
