Terms for using OneView

OneView is currently provided as a no-charge pilot. Features may change as the service is tested and improved. Pricing, checkout and invoices are not active.

Keep your sign-in method secure and use accurate account information. Signing in does not by itself grant access to a property, purchase, organization or document. Access depends on an invitation, participation or an explicit sharing decision and may be removed when that relationship ends.

Use OneView only for lawful property-related work that you are authorized to handle. Do not attempt to access another person's information, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use OneView to mislead another participant.

You are responsible for the information and documents you add and for confirming that you have the right to use and share them. Review important details and decisions with the appropriate qualified professional.

OneView organizes information and may provide bounded suggestions. It is not a lawyer, lender, estate agent, tax adviser or regulated property manager. It does not provide legal or financial advice, and it does not approve payments, mortgages, contracts, signatures, document sharing or purchase completion.

We work to keep the pilot available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failures or safety controls may temporarily limit a feature. When possible, OneView will explain whether an action changed data and what you can do next.

You may stop using the pilot or ask us to review your account access. Export, deletion and anonymization requests follow identity, authorization, retention and legal-hold checks. Ending use does not require OneView to remove records that must be retained for security, audit or legal reasons.
